Fine turned & carved bone selenus pattern set one side stained brown other side left natural, the pieces were produced in Northern Europe ,the with excellent slender turned pieces.

The term Selenus comes from a design in Gustavus Selenus, Leipzig 1616. The design of set was prevelant through out Germany & Austria up to the mid 19th century.
