The set comes with an Irish Killarney Chess and backgammon box of same period as pieces. The board of Arbutus wood and satinwood with two inlaid stainwood panels depicting Muckross abbey & the other Depicting Castle ruins in Killarney.
The interior inlaid in Arbutus wood & Satin wood to form a backgammon board.
Board box open 42 cm x 43 cm Kings 8.2 cm Tall.
