Fine ebony & boxwood Staunton chess set by Jaques of London, White king stamped “JAQUES LONDON” , king side knights and rooks with crown stamps. An excellent turned set with good original french polished finish. Set comes in original slide lid box with Jaques paper trade label. Kings 9 cm Tall These historic Jaques sets all come with signed authors copy of the Jaques collectors guide and insurance valuation.
