English playing set, one side boxwood other side ebony. Pieces with multi tuned bodies and good carved knights.

In original mahogany slide lid box and mahogany framed chess board same period as chess set.

Knights design similar to known Jaques set of the same period.

Kings 7.5 CM Tall     Board 36 CM      Squares 3.8 CM

All the sets go through a professional workshop before they go online, any minor faults such as chips or splits are restored, therefore the sets are all in excellent condition.
