Circa 1860-1900

Fine turned & carved bone playing set, one side stained red other side left natural.
The kings & queens with carved barlycorn pattern to the bodies, rooks as single towers and knights as horses heads. Pieces on cog decorated disc bases.

Set comes with folding leather board and mahogany lift top box both same period as set.

All the sets go through a professional workshop before they go online, any minor faults such as chips or splits are restored, therefore the sets are all in excellent condition.
