English ebony & boxwood weighted Staunton set, both kings stamped “JAQUES LONDON” . King side rooks & knights with crown stamps, all pieces with loaded bases and green baize.
Chessmen come in original mahogany lift top box with Jaques paper trade label to lid.
Set comes with a fine vintage mahogany chess board stamped “JAQUES LONDON”
Kings 10.2 CM Tall. Board 58 CM Squares 6.5 CM
Set & board retains an excellent original French polished finish.
