Fine large mahogany framed chess board by Jaques of London, the board with the traditional double mitered corners amd solid mahogany underside, construction work typical of the Jaques boards.
The squares inlaid in satin-birch & rosewood. Underside with gilded stamp “JAQUES LONDON”.

All the sets go through a professional workshop before they go online, any minor faults such as chips or splits are restored, therefore the sets are all in excellent condition.
