Fine ebony & boxwood playing set in the “St George” pattern. The bodies with multi turned decorated bodies & fine carved knights. The set design and knights style typical of Jaques London.
The chessmen comes in original mahogany lift top box.
Set comes with an attractive Victorian chess board , with inlaid walnut & satin-birch squares.
