Fine turned & carved ivory chessmen , one side stained red other side left natural. The Kings & Queens with ornate carved / pierced crowns, bishops with carved decorated mitres, knights with fine carved horses heads, rooks surmounted by flags.
Set comes with Canton Lacquerd and gilt decorated box same period as chessmen.
Kings 9.5 CM Tall.
