Circa 1840-1860
Fine turned & carved ivory chess set one side stained red other side left natural.
The style of set & design of pieces would indicate the chessmen were from a good London maker such as Lund or Jaques.
Set comes in original mahogany lift top box.
Kings 7.4 CM Tall
All the sets go through a professional workshop before they go online, any minor faults such as chips or splits are restored, therefore the sets are all in excellent condition.
