REF1857 Large English Barleycorn chessmen & box.
Circa 1850-1880
Large English bone playing set. One side stained red other side left natural. The kings and queens with carved decoration representing the barleycorn.
Chessmen come with same period mahogany slide lid box.
Kings 13.2 CM Tall
All the sets go through a professional workshop before they go online, any minor faults such as chips or splits are restored, therefore the sets are all in excellent condition.
