English ebony & boxwood Staunton chessmen, king side rooks & knights with crown stamps to tops. Pieces retain an excellent original French polished finish. The pieces with original felted bases.
Set contained in a mahogany lift top box with inlaid crown to top of lid and a vintage mahogany framed chess board.
