Fine ebony & boxwood playing set in the “St George” pattern. The bodies with multi turned decorated bodies & fine carved knights. Set retains an excellent original Frenhc polished finish.
The chessmen comes with an antique English mahogany framed chess board with rosewood and boxwood inlaid squares.
Set comes in original mahogany lift top box.
