English playing set , one side ebony other side in boxwood. The pieces with multi turned bodies, knights as carved horses heads, rooks as towers. Pieces still retain original French polished finish.
Set comes with same period English mahogany chess board, with walnut & boxwood inlaid squares.
Set comes with same period mahogany dovetailed box.
