Fine German Chessmen in the Selenus style, one side boxwood other side in palisander wood. kings with triple galleries , queens with double galleries, bishops with opposing wood mitres, knights as carved horses heads and rooks as attractive towers on stems.

Kings 7.2 CM Tall

Chessmen come in original softwood lift top box, with papered exterior and interior , the inside of lid with tow owners dates 1838 & 1946

These are genuine antiques! Great to play and a good investment.
