Fine English mahogany framed chess board with single drawer to body. The body rasied on attractive gilt metal acanthus leaf & lion pawn feet. The squares inlaid in satinwood & mahogany. Board with boxwood strung & kingwood border.

The board retains original French polished finish and has a rich patina.
