Large bone playing set one side stained red other side left natural. The turned bone chessmen with concentric turned decorated ring bodies.
Chessmen come in same period tooled leather English folding chess board box.
The exterior with tooled leather chess board with gilded decorated border and interior with tooled leather decorated backgammon board.
The board box when folded reprsents two faux leather bound books both enscribed “PARLOUR GAMES” 1 other 2.
