Fine turned & carved Staunton pattern chessmen , one side ebony other boxwood. The King side rooks & knights with crown stamps. Pieces with green baize bases. Knights with detailed carved horses heads to tops. Pieces retain original French polished finish.
The chessmen housed in same period oak lift top chess box with green baize interior.
The pieces with large English vintage mahogany & satinwood chessboard . with boxwood strung border . Retains original French polished finish.
