Attractive French Regence pattern turned bone chessmen, one side stained brown other side left natural.
A fine turned example with detailed knights. The polished bone in excellent condition.
Chessmen come in antique oak slide lid chess box.
Chess set with same period mahogany raised chessboard with rosewood & boxwood inlaid squares . Rosewood & boxwood strung border .Single drawer to side. Board retains original polished finish.
